Update - I added more text to include the actual beginning of chapter 14.

This excerpt was the first time Riley & Paige had sex in the book. Riley actually lost his virginity. There are 18 chapters, and I made them wait until chapter 14. They do it one more time in chapter 17, but I'll save that scene for when the book is published...if it's ever published.

Before I go, I just have to say a few more things:

People either like my sex scenes or they don't. I think I've gotten better at writing them since my first novel in 2007, but some readers may disagree. Whatever. That's your opinion.

Riley's species are called Varulv which is the Swedish translation for werewolf. They descend from 12th century Scandinavia.

Paige did NOT have sex with Riley in his wolf form at the end of the excerpt. I don't do bestiality. What she meant by "true Varulv" is that his kind usually mate doggy style.

Once again, Alex Pettyfer would be perfect as Riley. Take your pick of brown-haired, blue-eyed actresses for Paige.
